Drone Head
Your face as a thousand points of light.
A drone light show built from one face. 1000 lights take the shape of your features, then drift, twinkle, and rotate the way a real swarm would. Use your webcam or upload a photo, and the lights assemble.
How it works
MediaPipe reads 478 face landmarks from a single frame. Edge midpoints fill the cheeks and forehead up to 1000 points so the light field spreads evenly.
Each point is a soft additive glow rendered in three.js. Positions animate on every frame, so the head mostly moves rather than blinks, the way drone choreography does.
Next up is lip sync. The same landmark stream can drive the mouth lights from text, so the face can speak. That work is not wired up yet.
